Fundraising and Events Coordinator
Responsibilities:
● Sells the campaign to potential contributors, secures contributions & loans.
● Has a good knowledge of the Elections Act regarding campaign financing.
● Develops a list of high-end contributors.
● Contacts identified potential contributors to solicit contributions.
● Plans and coordinates fundraising, community, team and media events.
● Reports directly to the Campaign Manager and liaises closely with the Volunteer Coordinator.

Position Description:
This person will be responsible for effectively being the local Volunteer Coordinator in their community and will be directly responsible for the acquisition, training, and managing of all needed Green Party volunteers in their area. In some cases in small communities, the Local Leader will be responsible for providing many of those volunteer positions their self. The people who fill these positions will have to be able to self-start, be self-reliant, anticipate the needs of their community and be able to respond to those needs, as well as being able to liaise well and work at a distance with central NIPR Green staff. This position reports directly to the Volunteer Coordinator.
Signage Team Lead
Responsibilities:
● Contacts people who have requested signs and schedules a delivery time.
● Assists in constructing, delivering, and, retrieves signs immediately after the election.
● Fields problems with signs (damage, replacement, etc.)
● Keeps the Volunteer Coordinator up-to-date on Signage Crew needs.
This position reports directly to the Volunteer Coordinator.
Telephone Canvassing Team Lead
Responsibilities:
● Schedules canvassing volunteers into the volunteer phone canvass schedule.
● Supports training of volunteers about how to use the phone canvass feature of GRIMES.
● Works towards meeting the goals of identifying supporters through phone canvassing.
● Reports personnel and data issues back to the Volunteer Coordinator in a timely manner.
This position reports directly to the Volunteer Coordinator.
Door-to-Door Canvassing Team Lead
Responsibilities:
● Schedules volunteer canvassers into the door-to-door canvass volunteer schedule.
● Contacts each volunteer when the schedule is changed.
● Helps train new volunteers as needed.
● Arranges for the movement of people and materials to and from door-to-door canvass locations.
● Works towards meeting the goals of identifying supporters through door-to-door canvassing.
● Reports personnel and data issues back to the Volunteer Coordinator in a timely manner.
This position reports directly to the Volunteer Coordinator.
